Family Documentary- School Days (Nashville, TN Photographer)
As my children have gotten older I've felt more and more drawn to capture the real life moments...from bath time, to playing together, to cooking, to pillow fights, to fort building and even cleaning together...I want to remember the little moments. The moments that make us "us" every day. I don't want to concentrate on perfection in every photograph, or styling everything just right- I want reality remembered when we look back on these times. There is definitely a special place in my heart for a well styled photo session with my kiddos, but I want to make sure I have these memories too.
One of my favorite moments during the week is when our oldest daughter (9) comes home on the bus from school- our youngest (2) starts to squeal and jump and run for the door to greet "sissy"!
There is nothing like the love between sisters!!
